These terms set the rules for using Digital Ad Ever. By opening an account, you accept them. This is a draft template; have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
Sponsored Tasks
Tasks come from advertiser campaigns with funded budgets. Task availability depends on active campaigns, campaign budgets, your plan and your eligibility, and is not guaranteed. A task counts only after the time requirement and verification are met and our server confirms it.
Rewards
- Rewards are platform credits paid from campaign budgets and shown in your wallet.
- New rewards stay pending until the verification period ends, then become available.
- Rewards obtained through errors, automation, multiple accounts or rule violations may be reversed. Reversals are recorded in your transaction history.
- Rewards are paid for completing tasks on the platform, not in exchange for views, likes or other activity on any other platform.
Plans and Payments
- Paid plans are a one-time payment and are valid for 1 year from the day the payment is approved. No further charge is made for that plan during the year, and nothing renews or is charged automatically when it ends.
- A plan gives access to features and task limits. It is not an investment and does not entitle you to any specific earnings.
- After payment, you must submit the Transaction ID and proof. A plan is activated only after an admin verifies and approves it.
- Submitting a fake or someone else's Transaction ID will get the request rejected and the account reviewed.
Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal once your available balance passes your plan's minimum. Fees, methods and processing times are shown before you confirm. Requests may be checked before payment.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, scripts, emulators or any tool that fakes viewing.
- Opening multiple accounts or referring yourself.
- Attempting to tamper with the timer, verification or wallet.
Suspension and Review
Rewards or withdrawals may be temporarily held while unusual activity is reviewed. Decisions on permanent action are made by a person, and you can give your side through support.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you before important changes take effect.
